This Privacy Policy explains what information Arshas Ltd (“Arshas,” “we,” or “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a sample policy for demonstration and is not legal advice.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (such as your name and email), basic usage analytics about how the editor is used, and — only when you have not enabled privacy mode — the prompts and completions needed to deliver AI features. We do not sell your personal information.
2. Your source code
With privacy mode enabled, your source code is processed transiently to generate suggestions and is never stored on our servers or used to train models. Enterprise customers can enforce zero data retention across their organization.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the product, provide support, secure our services, and communicate important updates. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be used to understand feature adoption.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the service (for example, model and cloud providers), each bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Your rights

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
