These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Arshas. Please read them carefully. This is a sample agreement for demonstration and is not legal advice.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Arshas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Arshas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by reverse engineering it, using it to build a competing product, attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, or generating content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the code and content you create with Arshas. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the service and deliver the features you request.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arshas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Arshas at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
